Here is what Kissoir keeps about you, the reason for each part, and when it is deleted.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), date of birth and the date you accepted our terms.
• Your dating profile: display name, gender, who you would like to meet, bio, interests, city, photos and Discover preferences. Members see your profile, city and age, but never your date of birth or email.
• What you do: likes, passes, Superlikes, matches, blocks and messages.
• Kissoir Privé: listing text, rates, availability, photos, saved listings, booking requests and Featured days.
• Selfie checks: the selfie and its code. Only moderators can open it, every view is logged, and it is deleted when the check is decided or after 30 days at the latest. We never ask for an identity document.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, and the billing name, phone number and address our payment provider needs. You type card details on the provider's page; they never reach Kissoir.
• Reports and messages to us through the report and contact forms.

Why we keep it

To provide your account and the features you use (contract); to keep Kissoir safe, adults-only and moderated (legitimate interest and legal duty); and to keep payment records (legal duty).

Some details, such as who you would like to meet, can reveal your sexual orientation. You add them so we can show you suitable members, and you can edit or remove them at any time.

Your photos

We save a fresh copy of every photo you upload, which strips hidden data such as where it was taken. Photos are shown to signed-in members only and never to search engines.

Who can see what

• Other members see your profile or listing and the messages you send them, nothing more.
• Kissoir staff open personal details only when their task needs it. Every such look is recorded and limited per hour.
• Companies that process data for us: our hosting provider, our email provider and our payment provider.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Seven days after you ask us to delete it, your account and everything in it are removed. Moderation records keep identifiers only, not your content. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

Most of your data can be viewed and changed in the app, and you can delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or to object, get in touch. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
