Do I have to pay to use Kissoir?
No. Joining, your dating profile, matching and chatting cost nothing, and every day you get 50 likes and one Superlike. Premium, Superlike packs, and run time or Featured days for Privé listings are extras you buy once if you want them.
Will I be charged again next month?
Never automatically. Each purchase covers a set number of days or a set number of Superlikes, and then it simply stops.
Why can't others see my new photo?
Each photo waits for a moderator before it appears. You see it straight away, and a notice tells you once it is approved or turned down.
What does a Superlike do?
Your card moves to the front of the other person's deck with a star, so they know you are keen. You get one a day for free, five a day with Premium, and packs top you up.
How do I get the blue Verified badge?
On your profile, request a code, write it on paper and take a selfie holding it. A moderator compares the selfie with your photos and then deletes it.
Can anyone browse Kissoir Privé?
Only signed-in members. Privé pages are kept out of search engines.
Why do some listings say Featured?
That companion paid to appear first in the Recommended order for some days. A Featured listing still has to match your filters, and price sorting ignores it.
How can I list myself in Privé?
Go to Profile, then Offer Privé services. Pass the selfie check, write your listing, add your photos and send it for review. Once it is approved it shows while it has run time.
Does Kissoir take money for a booking?
No. A booking request is an arrangement between you and the companion; Kissoir never handles payment for a meeting.
How do I close my account?
Open Profile, then Email, password and account, and choose Delete account. We wait 7 days before deleting everything, and signing in during that time cancels it.
What does blocking someone do?
You vanish from each other everywhere at once: Discover, likes, matches, chats and Privé. Any booking request between you is cancelled.
Can I switch to a light screen?
Yes. Kissoir starts dark. Use Soir, Jour or Auto at the bottom of any public page; Auto follows your phone's setting.
